Loxton Community Dance Club Dance Club - Where Rhythm Meets Soul
LCDC is passionate about providing dance opportunities to children and others within the community at affordable prices for all. The teachers have a joy of teaching and pride in watching their students thrive and reach their dancing goals.
The club provides students from ages 3 and upwards an opportunity to learn a variety of dance styles and skills in groups and individual/pairs. LCDC hosts a local concert each year in June. There are also optional opportunities to try out for Competition Teams, Solos or Duos who attend the Mildura Eisteddfods in June to compete against other country clubs. Competition students set goals and work hard (both at lesson and in their own time) to reach targets. If chosen, the experience takes effort but is both gratifying and rewarding.
Novice dancers get an experience that involves fun, discipline, teamwork whilst learning the basics of dancing. They get to be a part of the main concert in June and experience the thrill of performing.
The club is a not-for-profit sporting group / dance club that is run by a Management Committee. The club relies on club fees, fundraising, grants and donations to operate.
We are always looking for enthusiastic member to help keep the club going, so if you are interested in joining the LCDC Management Committee and have a little spare time, expressions of interest can be submitted via email to the club's email at loxtoncommdanceclub@gmail.com - Many hands make light work

The club also hosts an annual local concert and provides optional opportunities to participate in regional dance competitions in Mildura.
